Hi After months of anxiety especially panic attacks whilst driving ( I drive for a living so not helpful ) I started on 50mg of sertraline . Had all the side effects for first week then that subsided , then the increased anxiety etc. Spoke to doc who advised to stick it out and it did calm down however was still jittery when driving so she’s upped the dose to 100mg a week ago and now my anxiety is through the roof and have to appitite at all as so anxious . Is this normal ? Just want my life back ☹️

Have you tried controlled breathing, you will find instructions on the internet.

You could also try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique, you can purchase books on Amazon for about £7;00 STG or $10;00 USA.
