****2nd post alert***Giving all Honor and Glory to God for this day in July 2020. A special thanks to those who responded to my post about the side effects and medicine trials. I took some hydroxyzine paomate capsules and got some rest last night finally. Still waking up throughout the night, sweating and a tad bit nervous. But I say a prayer, meditate or listen to the Bible app and fell back asleep. Today I got to enjoy some church services via YouTube. What’s going on with you all today?

You’ll be fine in no time. Exercise is medicine and try breathing exercises as well. There has a an app in the Apple Watch that helps for breathing exercises. Have a great journey.
