scared of dying

I guess one of my many problems or or at least the one that is dominant right now is my fear of dying. I've always had it and after having six bypasses at 42 and a stent when I was 51+ other medical conditions, I always felt it was justified. But now with the coronavirus and the high probability that I am being exposed to it on a regular basis, well the anxiety and depression are so amplified that it's making it hard to get out of bed and function normally, whatever that is.

Please be careful and protect yourself by staying indoors. Especially with preexisting conditions your vulnerable. This virus is serious. Be patient and kind to yourself. Wash your hands frequently and take precautions.
