Churg Strauss new diagnosis.

I have recently been diagnosed with churg-strauss and have one more cycle of cyclophosphamide to go I'm coping ok but the pain in my legs is getting me down. waiting for nerve blocks
still waiting for my next appointment at the pain clinic to have nerve blocks and also the results of MRI of back and pelvis. Fortunately my GP came out yesterday to bring me some Oramorph and he is going to order some local anaesthetic with a longer half life to inject into my groin next week. At least

What effect has a tens machine had on upper/lower back pain
I have been advised to try a tens machine along with physiotherapy to achieve more movement and less pain in my back, has anyone tried this ? If so how effective was it?
