feelings of palpitations in torso and faint ..
I am new to this sight . Having B12 every 10 weeks since 2019 .. took 2 years to feel better and lose majority of symptoms. Diagnosed with IFA deficiency.. why do I get periods when I feel well and then get a dip even after a B12 jab ? I am wondering if I should be taking folate (folic acid) ? I also

Colonoscopy report
Hi folks, I had my colonoscopy this morning, no sedation, didn't even need gas and air. Hopefully this will reassure those of you waiting for one. The prep wasn't as bad as last time. Maybe they've improved things since then. I didn't mind the taste of the Moviprep, though it was too sweet and because

Gabapentin useful?
Hello folks I recently read some anecdotal info about the epilepsy drug Gabapentin being helpful for reactive tinnitus. Admittedly it was on the minefield that is tinnitus talk. Has anybody here tried or is taking Gabapentin & does it help? Here is the link if your feeling brave! https://www.tinnitustalk.com

Dry eyes and hydration
I have lived with glaucoma for more than a decade, and over the years the associated experience of dry eyes and blurred vision has become an increasing problem alongside the treatment interventions and the eye drops that I’m required to use. Some days are worse than others and I’ve never really understood

diarrhoea, sickness and stomach pain
This is not something I normally suffer with so wondering if adrenals waking up might cause this? If not then the pate I had on Friday night was the culprit.
