Morning guys and girls they have stopped my infliximab due to it not working i was on amgevita before and that failed. Ive got ulcerative colitis peripheral spondyloarthritis and axial spondyloarthritis but nothing is keeping the colitis at bay. I also need to stop my methotrexate injections because im moving onto tofacitinib. This is my last option before surgery and getting my colon out. Has anyone any experience of tofacitinib for all 3 conditions thanks
