No endo found
Girls I feel so lost. On Thursday I had my laparoscopy, they didn't find anything. They tried to send me home without telling me anything other than they didn't find anything and I could be discharged so I said I needed to know more as they did a hysteroscopy and fitted a coil but last I knew was they

co-codamol and Apixaban, can they be taken together ok.
I'm having a lot of back pain at the moment and paracetamol isn't working. Anyone got any thoughts on the best pain killer. I tried Devils Claw and got virtually every possible side effect on the list. Plus I had AF every day I took it. All the best. Roy

Egg collection pain
Hi ladies, I had egg collection today, the last one I had I didn’t experience any after pain. Today’s procedure I am in pain, I can hardly walk, it feels like a very bad case of irritable bowl syndrome, I just want to keep curling up, but it hurts. I’ve taken paracetamol and I don’t think I’m at risk

Pregabalin, gabapentin, AED, epileptic drug interactions with B12 processes
Hiya, Does anybody have information on why long term use of AEDs like Pregabalin and gabapentin affect B12. I am deficient as a result of ileum and large intestine surgery, not pernicious anaemia and IM inject myself daily. If the issue lies in intestinal/stomach absorption then I am inclined to continue

Enquiry or help!
Hi graduated on April and like every runner was lost without couch to 5 K. But carried on going back to the app and doing the same runs to up my stamina. It was good until I saw a pot hole which I thought I escaped by a long stride. But ended with a twang in my knee which gave me severe pain in my thigh

Another Month ........ Another Fracture!🙄
I hope everyone is as well as can be expected? (Vain hope probably, but worth a try)!😉🤞Fingers also crossed for some nice bank holiday sunshine for everyone! (Cloudy here today). I posted in February about how I'd very stupidly fallen down a couple of stairs and suffered a periprosthetic femur fracture

Paracetamol or Ibuprofen
Had my first face to face this week with my GO as on waiting list to see consultant. Was a bit nervous and tend to babble a bit. Upshot of it all is still to wait to see what consultants say but my GP has confused me a little. One minute she said take paracetamol then later in conversation she said

Support for lupus newbies
Followoing a tel consultation yesterday it is now almost certain I do have lupus after a few months of tests etc. I feel no sense of relief at finding out what has been going on all this time. I am also struggling to tell anyone even my husband - who knows I have been having tests. I can't imagine telling

DOMS
A really good dose of Doms today. Yesterday a quarter mile walk to the dentist, up 16 steps, down the same steps, and a quarter mile back home. Today it feels like my middle bit has been wrapped tightly with blunt barbed wire. Just waiting for the Tramadol and Paracetamol to kick in. Hope it only lasts

Decongestants
I've looked here and elsewhere in the past but been unclear about what I've read. In the last 24 hours I've developed mild cold symptoms which seem to be getting worse. I need to travel in a couple of days and would find that easier if I was able to control the symptoms a little. I have a small amount

TENS machine to manage period/miscarriage cramping
A little tip that has been a life changer for me and that I wanted to share to all ladies out there: I suffer from terrible period cramps that incapacitate me for a couple of days each month and that I felt I had to over-medicate myself to get to a tolerable enough level (= in a half comatose state in

Is it B12?
Hi, I've recently come across this forum and was hoping I could get some help. A back story. I woke up one day in September with a pain in the right side of my Jaw and side of my head, my vision was distorted but I couldn't pin point why (no double vision, no black spots) it was just off. Then I started
