GI Report and recommedations
Ok so I have the written report from the GI consultant which thank goodness is overall very reassuring. Advice now at recommends continued treatment with dietary changes, frequent and small meals, no spicy and nothing 3-4 hours prior to bedtime. Although in all honesty laying down is not a major issue

Alternative to Domperidone tablets?
I've joined here because I'm interested to find out what tips others have on helping nausea/vomiting which I'd likely to be caused by the hydroxycarbamide even though it's a low dosage. I've been given Domperidone tablets but after having done a bit of research on it, I don't wish to take it (I believe

Daughters blood results, advice please
15 year old daughter has been having lots of time off school. not ideal in yr 10 and now 11. I feel a bit guilty about it all, think I have dropped the ball on this one. She had digestion problems when small, had an umbilical hernia repaired about 2 1/2- 3 years then several years of issues, vomiting

Hopefully just a quick one - I have always had a lot of joint pain since taking Carbimazole but recently it's got a lot worse and my end and GP don't really care about medication side effects, they're all about number, if I'm being honest. Codipar
I’m from Ireland so very little knowledge of RLS by doctors here!! I weaned off premipexole as I mentioned here in my last post. I cannot take gabapentin as it really upsets my stomach. I am now taking 1 codipar tablet before bed. I find it helps quite a bit but am worried that I will become dependent

Carbimazol -postpartum thyroiditis
Hi all I'm due to start taking Carbimazol today. The Endocrinologist advised my Gp to prescribe it because the wait for an urgent endo appointment will be 8 weeks plus. I'm not very good generally at taking tablets Paracetamol for headache is generally my limit, as I get worried about side effects.

endometriosos, adenomyosis, pcos
I started my periods when I was 13 years old. I have suffered with painful periods for as long as I remember. I started to realise there was a problem when I was in pain throughout the whole of my cycle not just when I was on my period. This would cause me to cry and be in a lot of pain, but also bleed
