Warning? LCHF leads to further disease particularly Heart problems says Scientist. What is the real-life truth?
I am new here but realise there are some outstanding, wonderfully kind people here, my friend has just started the LCHF diet and got sent a video arguing the other way and is now confused. What is your experience?

The Proper Role Of Medical Marijuana in Prostate Cancer Treatment
Increasing, people are turning to medical marijuana to treat many diseases, including cancers. In a published study it was found that marijuana does nothing to advance the treatment of glaucoma, anxiety, or Parkinson’s disease. The study did not look at any cancers. Not reaching any level of evidence

Choices?
Apparently we would be able to feed him by mouth just small amounts but if he gets Pneumonia again it will just be
palliative
care
that is offered. What choice do we have??? I feel like we are playing God making these decisions.

Hi All, My diabetes T2 was diagnosed in Feb 2016. After going thru several hours of research and because I am a non-believer of allopathic medicines, I decided to follow Dr.Fungs methodology. Started with LCHF ( Dr.Fungs) chart of recommended food and IF from 11th April 2016. Before this I had my tests

Struggling a bit here
No Marie Curie nurses for two weeks now as they have had an influx of

cases so 4 nights a week on call with V's erratic sleeping patterns means very disturbed nights . I was getting them at least once sometimes twice a week .

Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Low-Carbohydrate Diets
Typically, a low-carb diet will be high in fats. There is no obvious reason to compensate with higher levels of protein. Ansel Keys fudged his data in the 1950's (the Seven Countries Study) to implicate saturated animal fat in cardiovascular disease. What followed was the dominance of corn oil & other

Hi, I would like to run some information past you all, and request your opinion. I'll try to be brief. Some of you know I have been doing the lchf diet since March. I have had 2 blood tests in that time. The other relevant info is that I stopped the statin (with gp permission) and reduced metformin,

LCHF diet results for the past week or so
I started my LCHF diet regiment for the last two weeks, but ran into a snag with my test strips and hence the readings did not match how I felt. Once I replace the strips and did a control test, I started recording my results daily. Day 1 FBS 129 (used to be this low only with 2000 mg of metformin
