Hi,I am suffering from diabetics since 2006 and have lost the tail end of my pancreas with my entire spleen and also have multiple other complications... My Fasting is 260 and PP is 380... can someone please help. I am 4 feet 11 inches tall and 62 kgs in weight... on insulin only and need to know the LCHF diet to help me... please someone help

First find out if you are producing any insulin or not. If not u are type 1

Hi All, I have started my LCHF routine and it is just amazing my FF was 260 the very first day it has come down to 150 and PP from 380 to 189, I am regularly monitoring and today it is 130 have not done the PP yet. This is life changing I have never ever had my counts so low. Thanks to you all for the support, I have a long way to go but I am getting there. Thanks again. All your post are very helpful.
