Intrusive thought is making me not want to live.
During last summer, I developed a sense of high anxiety around being in the company of young people/babies that I'd never had prior. This was a result of feeling intense distress over finding out that an ex teacher was a pedophile. I came to realize in March this year through research that this is called

Exhaustion
I have been over loading my mind and body with SO much stress. I've been worrying about so many scenarios and possibilities convincing myself they'll happen. I had a major headache today.. Im finally getting a breakthrough and feeling normal and like I'm in touch with reality.. I'm sick of the depersonalization

Anxiety Stinks
Having terrible anxiety with tremors. I'm on Cymbalta which has helped some with the tremors but I'm lowering it to 20mg and then starting Celexa. I take .5mg of klonopin 3 x per day but it isn't stopping the bad anxiety. Is there anything I can take to help?

Heart rate
How do you guys control your heart rate when the anxiety starts kicking in? A little bit of anxiousness will set my heart off. That triggers panic attacks because of how fast my heart is going.

Lamotrigine question
This may seem like a stupid question, but I was wondering if anyone else had experience with this? I was started on lamotrigine recently, and I’ve been having a hard time with it. It made me super groggy and woozy. I tried taking it at night, but I ended up sleeping through most of the day. Have you

I got through it with the help of Zoloft twice and now it’s back again for the third time. I’m incorporating meditation , mindfulness and more self care this

Accepting Depressing
Hello, I just started taking Lexapro and I'm having a hard time accepting it. I was in an abusive relationship for over 4 years and I'm not blaming everything on myself by believing the words he would say to me. I'm trying to stay strong but I feel very lonely. I also have acute anxiety and it's affecting

W9R2: At the end of the storm is a golden sky
Time: 7.40am. Weather: 14°C, broken cloud, breezy, wet underfoot There's nothing penultimate about this one. The target is in sight. As I mentioned yesterday, I took an extra rest day due to Storm Francis and a different sort of runs than one would usually discuss here. It's a nice bright cool

W4R1 - Against all odds, no not Phil Collins!
After a bit of a restless night due to wanting to hydrate properly for today and then needing the bathroom twenty times, I finally found myself ready to head out for my first run of week 4. This is the one that has been making me nervous. This gave me butterflies the size of Pterodactyls, you know those

Heart fluttering and slight Mitro valve prolapse
I posted a little while ago about my heart fluttering more than usual. I did see a cardiologist that has done ekg, stress and echocardiogram on me before that found no sign of a problem with the heart flutters; they were benign. This time he wants to test again before he gives me any beta blockers
