I think what started my anxiety was me staying in the house. I remember me being really sad a few years ago and I didn’t know what was wrong so all I did was stay in the house. Eventually I started having panic attacks back to back and I was just so confused on what was wrong with me so I never left

school
I'm really stressed about school that I've been crying a lot I try to stay positive but its really hard for me when all I think about is negative thoughts in my head. I have honestly been thinking about dropping out of college but I know I would be more depressed then I am right now . if anyone has advice

Has anyone tried EMDR therapy for PTSD or Acute Stress Disorder? I'm looking into the possibility of trying it.

Does buspirone help physical anxiety symptoms?
I struggle the post with physical anxiety symptoms rather than the mental. I’m already taking Lexapro and propranolol for this. Would buspirone help me?

Phobias Magnified with PD
I’m new to this thread. I was hoping that someone may share the same struggle I’m having in the hopes they have conquered it. My struggle is the mental side. I was diagnosed 3 months ago with PD at the age of 50. My wife and I are fairly certain I’ve had PD for as long as 2 years. Over the past 2 years

Ablation recovery update
Good morning kind people, Just wanted to let you know how things are progressing, and for some advice please. It is now 9 weeks since I had my ablation, and as I have already posted, I have been having problems with my blood pressure dropping very low, and feeling as if I am going to pass out when ever

Same old emetphobic self
I'm so sick of myself and all of my issues with emetophobia. It's actually been quite some time since I felt the need (panicking enough to reach out) but the fear never goes away. Absolutely never. Here I am, 11:30pm west coast time, stomach feeling bad. Luckily I was recently prescribed zofran

Anxiety and Depression - Has anyone used Bio-Feedback before?
I wanted to ask you....do you know of anyone who does Bio-Feedback Therapy? It is something that I went through almost 30 years ago and it was very beneficial for me. It is similar to hypnosis. I think I might have crossed a line that there's no coming back from.
In the late evening of Monday, 23rd September 2019 after having moved back into university halls of residence for my second year a week prior, I basically watched lewd stuff (obviously with adults in) for around about 2-4 hours intermittently when my depression was as its worst height. I'd already experienced

No energy
Lately my sleep has been all over the place. I will sleep less than 6 hours or can sleep 10 plus hours yet I find myself waking up feeling extremely exhausted. When I sleep long hours I consistently wake up multiple times throughout the night and can’t seem to shut my mind off. I also find falling asleep

New to this and scared
Hello everyone. I am brand new to any type of forum like this. I am overwhelmed and afraid. I don't want this (duh!) and I'm afraid it isn't going to get better, and yet, it HAS to, right? I need to trust my doctor, but that's hard. I know he isn't perfect and what works for one, doesn't work for

Rage!!
Hi I’m new and looking for a bit of advice, I was on paroxetine after my baby daughter passed away. This changed my life for the better no more panic attacks or ocd etc, however after years these stopped working so my gp got me off them and 2 weeks ago I started Mirtazipine which worked from the first
