Vaginal spotting each time i poop

Hi all bit tmi but every day when i go poop i get vaginal spotting now .... ive been on norethisterone for 10 months straight now due to extremely long periods my gyne told me to remain on them till my alaboration date comes around! But im noticing spotting on n off each other day and now spotting when ive been for a poo!!! 😖💥 i dont strain or anything but i do get a few pinches and cramps when needing a poo .... but i dont understand or know if this is NORMAL to experience with norethisterone or if its summit else .... can someone help at least or tell me if they been having or had simular ecperiences on norethisterone or been on long term with it! .... becomingalittle paraniod tbh now but im ending the norethisterone next month due to it all
