Hi guys thanks for all your support Over the last few months I have been struggling with my heath my anxiety has been bad and it’s been hitting it’s all time low I have been having depression and I have never had it before I am now on the path to recovery I am on esctalopram it’s not the best medication it’s still giving me some side effects but we can’t exspect a med to have no side effects we just have to make sure life is as happy as it can be just want to tell everyone that u have to sick it out and it gets better panic attacks are awful things and they don’t get better it’s just a case of managing it live to u all we are all a family together no one is alone
