hallucinations and derealization
Have you seeked medical help. I think talking with psychiatrist and counselor would be beneficial for you. Nothing wrong or shameful about it I do.
i talked to my mother about and she just said it might be schitzophrenia
That’s what I was thinking. Be very beneficial to get help cuz meds will help manage things. You have to be patient with the meds cuz it’s not a one pill fix all. It’s very frustrating. Least it has been for me. They have side effects so there’s certain ones I’m not willing to live with. Just try and build a strong 💪 bond with your dr and counselor if you go. Keep in mind with them too that you may not like the dr or counselor you get so you can switch. I did many times until I finally found one’s I love.
I wish you all the luck
If you’re hallucinating while in bed that’s not necessarily schizophrenia it’s a sleep disorder. It’s called a hypnagogic hallucinations. I get them all the time. I usually see bugs like you said , rats, spiders. You’re essentially asleep when this happens, even if your eyes are open like sleep walking. It’s effected by drugs, alcohol use, etc.
Dissociation is a common depression symptom. Seek mental help and mention your symptoms.
If you’re hallucinating during the day, that very well could be schizophrenia. Seek help, or even go to the emergency room and mention it. That might expedite things if need be
