I struggle the post with physical anxiety symptoms rather than the mental. I’m already taking Lexapro and propranolol for this. Would buspirone help me?

I was fine on it. I was taking amytriptaline (I think it was called ) and having cognitive difficulties but changed to buspirone but only needed it for a short time.
