arm pain and Mexican prednisone
hello, I wrote recently that I was suffering upper arm
pain
and stiffness. . I increased my dose from 3.75 to 10 mg for a couple of weeks. There didn’t seem to be much improvement. . I can cope during the day but the nights are very difficult.

Journey of pain, cyst and Endometriosis
I'm fed up with constant
pain
. I forgot to write that last year October, i had similar
pain
as i had before the cyst was diagnosed. Excruciating pelvic
pain
that triggered headache, nausea and vomiting. Pentazocine had mild effect on the
pain
. Even after given penta, the
pain
didn't stop.

Pegasys side effects
The
pain
in hips and thighs is substantial - headache also, but not as bothersome as the muscle
pain
. Has anyone else experience this on Pegasys. Also, has anyone tried CoQ10 for muscle
pain
and has it work? Thanks

Possible endo/rejected referrals
I also started getting ovary
pain
, lower back
pain
radiating into my legs, extreme breast tenderness, brain fog, nausea, light-headedness... the list goes on. I can sometimes be in
pain
for three or four weeks at a time. Is this similar to anyone else?

advice post lap
hi I’d be grateful for any advice on things you found useful post lap for endo excision. What kind of things did you wear after. I tend to wear tunics and leggings or tops and jeans but don’t know if they’ll feel too tight and uncomfortable. Did you find it easy to put on a top or was a button through

Depression and physical pain
This is week 3 and my depression is getting worse from inactivity and isolation and physical
pain
. I am well enough to take walks but it is getting cold here. I finally started driving again so I can go to the gym as long as I don’t use my right arm-hand. So only leg work.

Laparoscopy healing
It's been 3 months since my surgery, and I fear my
pain
is worse than before. I've been prescribed diazepam for
pain
which I'm taking twice daily alongside, paracetamol and menfamic acid. Is this residual
pain
from surgery or the healing process still?

Rough night - cramping & pelvic pain
My partner woke me up as I was apparently moaning, then realised I had fairly strong dull
pain
, akin to period
pain
. Changing positions helped a bit, but I also found it hard to go back to sleep as sleeping on the side made my pelvis ache after a while.

pain relief for sciatica
I have exercises which help, but still need
pain
relief. Paracetamol has no effect, is it safe to take ibuprofen with prednisolone? I thought I had read somewhere that it wasn't.

Holistic tips to alleviate pain
I had been rushed to the hospital three times before this due to debilitating period
pain
. In my surgery, they found a 15 cm cyst on one ovary and a 5 cm cyst on the other.
