Pluvicto and Renal Issues

I have had normal physical impact from my 4 previous Pluvicto injections: fatigue, reduced appitite, and additional sleep requirements. My fifth injection, 10 days ago, however, resulted in me being bedridden most of the time, no appetite, excessive sleep, stomach pain, and, and what I believe, severe kidney / renal pain.

For those you that have experienced this, particularly kidney pain, do these go away with additional time or was intervention required?

Renal issues

Pluvicto can damage the kidneys if there are insufficient uptake sites. You might want to ask for bloodwork to assess kidney function.

you should have chem 10 before every treatment to access kidney function.

Also drink plenty of water.

My doctor advises 1-2 liters per day
