Knee pain/Arthritis
I have just been told that I need a full knee replacement on my right knee. The consultant, is I am told is very experienced, said he could tell when I walked into the room. He did a quick physical examination, no MRI no Xray, then was quite negative about the surgery and said 1 in 20 people regret having

Pain with Parkinson’s
I have had severe back
pain
for 15 months, which steadily got worse for the first 6 months or so. Nothing has worked. I have tried PT, chiropractors, rest, more exercising, yoga and a
pain
specialist who gave me injections in my spine. Also had an MRI which showed bulging at L3, 4 and 5.

Hunger pain
Does any of you experience hunger
pain
? Mine is the worst when I don’t eat a lot of calories. I think a healthy person would not have any symptoms eating as much calories as I eat on these “low- calorie” days. I even get very bloated from the hunger.

Inter-medication pain
As my medication wears off, I get
pain
from my head to my toes. This lasts for an hour or more .... when the next dose kicks in, the
pain
goes away. Does anyone have a remedy to ease the discomfort? I take dopamine medication every 90 minutes.

all over pain
Over the years my
pain
all I’ve body has got worse. Wonder if connection hands arms legs hips and feet. Had bloods done and serum c reactive is 32.1 it says anything between 10 and 100 could be RA. Any clues. Doctor today said it could be but not sure it would have to be monitored.

Nerve pain after icd fitted.
For two weeks afterwards I had intense nerve like
pain
in my left shoulder.
Pain
killers didn't work but after a couple of weeks the
pain
stopped but in past few weeks it has returned not with the intensity of before but enough to wake me at night and cause difficulty for example getting dressed.

why don’t you just phone the ward where you were and ask them I’m sure they won’t mind? I suffer from migraines as well they are horrendous and it saves putting up with up I’m glad you have recovered okay from your procedure

Fast AF
Well it’s been a while since I posted on here as I’ve been in good shape generally . My AF has been mild , infrequent and short lived but things have changed and there’s a story behind it . I’d been waiting for an operation to replace my aortic valve for over six months and I was suddenly given a date
