Lung & Throat Pain

I have Cryptogenic Organising Pneumonia, Bronchiectasis, Aspergillus Fungi. I have twice now experienced, throat pain down to upper bra line. The pain is almost unbearable, and like a bolt chest to back. Not mistaking it for acid reflux or similar, pulse in my neck is off scale. Lasts about 40 minutes at times.

Sounds awful, what does the GP say?

He's not sure, ENT are planning to look and a CT scan , it's just a weird sensation, I've noticed my swallowing has changed

my dad has cryptogenic organising pneumonia for which he takes 10mg prednisone daily with ppi to protect. Do u take a ppi for gastric protection? He has copd/asthma/asbestosis along with his. He doesn’t complain of any reflux but you may benefit from a review of ppi as reflux can feel like a heart attack to some. I hope you’re soon sorted. Take care 🦊x

I get something like this with the pulsing in the neck and a what feels like an arrow through my right shoulder plus lots of other damage I was also treated with TB. Meds and I am now being investigated for aspergillosis. It was the antibiotics that’s caused all the nerve and muscle skeletal problems they gave me drug induced lupus. The tb meds failed to stop the microbacterium, I will never take anther antibiotic.
