Front knee pain
Hi allWoke up Saturday morning with horrible knee
pain
. Right knee, front left side is the area. Its a dull aching
pain
that's stopping me from sleeping and currently hobbling around. Any ideas? I'm 68 and don't normally have any knee issues.... I've got everything else mind... 🙄 Thanks x

Joint/Muscle Pain
i have been experiencing this ever since I began my Urso journey three months ago. I am wondering if it takes longer than this to adjust? I have no other real issues with it. I have taken moderate amounts of Tylenol, but it really is not doing much, if anything. I am contemplating CBD…sublingual…

Amitriptyline
Last year I was in so much
pain
in my hips my doc sent me for an xray it turned out to be an impingement. My doc gave me amitriptyline as a painkiller. Oh my word they worked wonders. I was regular as clockwork no bloating.

Post double ankle sprain rehab
Whereas cycling gives no
pain
, walking still does and becomes uncomfortable after 30 mins/a couple of kms. I'd like to get back to
pain
-free walking for longer distances (so would my dog) and would be grateful of any advice or recommendations.

Fatty Liver -Pain
I have read that if you feel
pain
then it’s already late stage and I’m really very concerned. I had an ultrasound less than a year ago and they said it was fatty liver but made no mention of swelling or anything else.
