Knee pain
So I've finished week 8 today but have had to allow 5 days in-between runs due to left knee
pain
. No discernable injury and no swelling but takes a few days to settle.

Arm Pain
So my question is that if you have arm
pain
that is associated with your heart, and you touch that area of your arm, would the
pain
increase or is that likely to be associated to muscle
pain
?

Pain Updated
Just left urgent care. The doctor said my chest pains were from Acid reflux just as I expected. They also did an EKG which was normal as well. So now I have to completely change my Diet. I should expect that my chest pains should continue cause of my anxiety. Which I’ve had a few times in the past

Pain/flare up
Is it usual to have constant
pain
, or maybe its cramps or spasms, a lot of the time or during a flare up? Although I am on low dose amitriptyline, mebeverine and take buscopan for this
pain
it can still penetrate this shield which worries me as to its might.

Myocarditis chest pain
Hi all, I’m approaching the 3 month mark with myocarditis. Chest pains were slowly easing off but have increased slightly over the past few weeks. I’m continuing to rest and listen to my body. Anyone that has recovered from myocarditis, I’m interested to know if you also experienced a rocky recovery

Whiplash like pain
Has anyone ever gotten whiplash
pain
in their neck and back for no reason. I slept sitting up in a recliner for a few days because I was congested, but I’ve done that plenty of times before . I have extensive bone mets. Thinking it could be the
pain
from that.

Adenomyosis, should I have hysterectomy?
By comparison the hysterectomy has the risks of general anaesthesia, and the
pain
and need for time off during the recovery period. There are risks of complications both during the operation and of things like prolapse later down the line that worry me.
