Arm Pain

Hi. I have a QQ around the associated arm pain with a heart attack and angina. I have angina and get left arm pain/discomfort but I'm never sure if it's related to my heart or not. So my question is that if you have arm pain that is associated with your heart, and you touch that area of your arm, would the pain increase or is that likely to be associated to muscle pain?

Probably muscle pain but if this is a new symptom then best to get it checked. I had pain in my left arm and dizziness few months ago so went to A&E and it turned out to be nothing but was still glad I went as it could of easily been something sinister. Especially with us hearties can't be too careful xx
