Just left urgent care. The doctor said my chest pains were from Acid reflux just as I expected. They also did an EKG which was normal as well.
So now I have to completely change my Diet.
I should expect that my chest pains should continue cause of my anxiety. Which I’ve had a few times in the past. It does feel more like a pressure and muscle. Not too deep inside the chest.
Feel free to give any pointers on what foods I should eat.

AlFreddy, since it’s acid reflux, whatever suggestions you get for diet, take care to not lay down soon after eating or drinking. wait an hour or two to lay down after consuming anything.
when my acid reflux rears its ugly head I stay away from any rich sauces, gravies especially tomato based. Onions, beans, cabbage are bad for me. Fried anything also bothers me. I take a Prilosec tablet every day. Raising the head of your bed will help also. Good luck.
We just went through this with my daughter. Doctor recommended bland diet: breads, potatoes, lean chicken. No oils, fatty foods, processed foods, dairy. She was on it for a few weeks and is now able to eat some normal foods now.
That’s very good for her. I’m glad she can eat better now. As for me I have to change my whole diet unfortunately. Which is ok in a way since it will be more healthy for me.
Look up Pleurisy.....I have it and it sounds like it may be what you have....it's always nice to know and at least you know it's not your heart....blessed be and happy holidays
If you have anxiety most of your symptoms of digestion.nausea etc will go away if your anxiety is under control. I was nauseaus, regurgitating not eating taking all sorts of pills for stomach issues. when i switched meds for anxiety all went away. i am not saying i am great but oh so much better. hope this helps
