Hi Iām in a bit of a dilemma. Recently several things happened to me in quick succession. 1. My RA specialist ( locum ) advised me to reduce my MTX doseage. 2. I had a heart attack and my anti- inflammatory stopped ( naproxen ) I am now experiencing what I think is a flare ( shoulders / neck / back pain

2 months after op still blurred vision, too early to give up?
It has been two months since I had a trab op. My vision was gradually improving but it stopped the last one month ie, no improvement of vision from day 30 to day 60 after op. Doctor seems to suspect this might be as good as it gets. He mentioned my glaucoma was advanced so in some cases, it never goes

Thyroid and Supplements to help Perimenopause
Hi, I have Hypothyroidism and take Thyroxine and NDT. I have been having symptoms over the last 6-8 months similar to Thyroid which I now believe to be Perimenopause. I started on Collagen which has helped with joint pain and saw a GP last week who suggested Black Cohosh and Red Clover to see how

We have contacted Novartis pharmaceutical corporation for an update about the supply difficulty with obtaining Simbrinza eye drops. In a verbal message, they said: āThere is an interruption in the supply of Simbrinza eye drops. There is no confirmed date of when it is likely to be made available again

My eyesight problems
Hi everybody, I have normal pressure glaucoma. I use Monoprost drops in my right eye. I have had a trab in my left eye since January 2019. My pressures are fairly stable though the damage to my left eye is getting worse. I've always been shortsighted and obviously wear prescription specs. The last

My Jeff, a beautiful life
Sunday, June 26th, Jeff continued to rest at home. We were so very grateful that his pain seemed completely managed and we didnāt have to fret about his hurting. The hospice nurse visited around 10:00 a.m. and considering the circumstances, Jeff was āokā. His oxygen levels were actually up, his heart

ļ»æsjorgen testing
ļ»æHi, I have a question for those diagnosed with sjorgens. What tests do they use to diagnose you? My eyes have been dry for some time. I have Hashimotos and I kinda always blamed it on that, but I think dry eye is more related to graves. I've always had trouble with sunlight sensitivity and Rosacea

My usual dose of painkillers isnāt working for my adenomyosis & Endo pain this month. I came on yesterday.
