I am being driven insane by pin pricks - help!
I have suffered quite a bit of anxiety lately and for about 6 days I have been getting sharp pinpricks all over. What on earth can I do to make these leave me alone. They are causing me pain, making me tearful they may never go away and spiralling me into depression. I saw my doc 4 days ago and was put

A routine seems to help.
So for the last 3 years I have not been able to have any type of routine. My husband Mr C has been eating the same foods and drinking the same drinks, watching the same shows, going to sleep about the same time etc. So I decided to try and start a routine. He is up by 7 am, has his breakfast by 8 am.

Sometimes we wonder why bad things happen... sorry a bit long but really need to vent 😭
It's kind of hard to write what is happening but I've been really emotional and tearful lately. About three weeks ago went to gp and in tears, asked if he could give me something to calm me a bit he said no. Today, I'm on my period and having bouts of crying/wailing no stop. I'm with my son this weekend

Question
I'm new to this group. I joined due to my friend has psp and is in the process of passing. It's been 9 days since she has been I call it sleeping... But my question is the pain she's in. Even with a pain pump.. Morphine, lorazepam she still screams out in pain. Why?

Happy days
I'm the brain damaged one, that is clear. Aaaaaaaand... The Baroness had to visit the local hospital yesterday as her upper back went into spasm. She's currently smacked off her baps on a mixture of diazepam and cocodamol. For a minimum of three days. The oldest mini Baron had foot surgery two weeks

Coming off Lorazepam
I've been fairly well for some time psychologically and haven't felt the need to post for a while here. However I've been on 1mg of Lorazepam for about 6 months taken at night and have now run out and can't get any more from my online source. My GP won't prescribe them. I have supplemented them with

Panicking--
I had glaucoma in both eyes some years ago. I was cured by laser surgery but the experience has left me with great anxiety about the health of my vision. I also had a few floaters in my eyes but the reason for my post is that two days ago it seemed like an explosion of floaters across my right eye.

What to try next
Anyone out there with suggestions of what I can bring up with my pain clinic doctor is much appreciated. I've had chronic pain from 2 lower back prolapsed discs for 14 years. I maintained quite well for several years with swimming and exercise up until a flare up just over 5 years ago that just won't
