Has anyone experienced ear pain from Botox?
I had my first round of Botox three weeks ago and started experiencing pain in my ear on and off this week and now it’s constant. I saw my neurologist yesterday and she never heard of this as a side effect. I went to my gp this morning to rule out an infection and my ear is normal. The tmj was injected

Hi everyone, I have been put on Dicloflex 75 mg SR Prolonged-release Tablets as the Naproxen is now making my tinnitus unbearable, I get about 4-5 hours sleep a night. Has anyone used this NSAID with good results?

How long diagnosis after MRI
I have an MRI scan booked later this week for what I expect the doctors think is a AN, I have tinnitus on my right ear only, but good hearing in both ears. How long after an MRI is typical for the doctors to let you know if it's an AN?

Endolymphatic hydrops
My ENT specialist has diagnosed me with this condition after I kept getting a full ear and low frequency tinnitus on and off every couple of weeks lasting a few days. Sometimes it can be very loud and distracting. I was wondering if anyone suffers from this and had any suggestions on how to stop it happening

OLD on blood results
OLD does indeed mean old. The blood sample needs to go to the lab the same day for some tests including Folate Potassium chloride and sodium. My bloods were taken in the afternoon so we’re sent to the lab the next day. A lesson that bloods should be taken early morning. I shall have them done again

Microsuction - yes or no
A few posts recently have been about microsuction and its benefits or drawbacks. Here’s my take. I always used to have wax buildups and was treated at gps surgery every couple of years with syringing. Then the nurses were reluctant to perform this procedure unless the ear was totally blocked.

Do you find your hearing is worse with your hearing aid in?
I might be mad here - but I actually think my hearing is better without my hearing aid in. I am waiting for a bi-CROS as my currently 'aided' ear isn't really aided at all and sounds although amplified are annoyingly distorted and after wearing for a few minutes I feel like I have a finger stuffed in

Anxiety related visual vertigo
Hi, i wanted to ask if anyone has ever suffered with visual vertigo or something similar with anxiety. I have been struggling with my eyes and dizziness for the past two years and I don’t seem to have an answer for the way I feel. I struggle with driving, working on computers, open spaces, bright places

Do you ever feel that no one understands?
Yes, I have Fibro. Yes, I have migraines. Yes, I have Tinnitus. I've had all of this for years and years and I can't but help mention it from time to time as sometimes it just all gets too much! But do you ever feel that no one understands? I do! I feel that they think I've always got something wrong

Nefopam is evil....🤢
Hello After trying my best to fight my daily pain with paracetamol, I’ve finally had to give in and ask my GP for some help. I’ve also been prescribed some meds for anxiety too but I’ve only started today...that goes for the nefopam too. So...the prescribed dosage for the nefopam is 2 30mg tablets

RECENT DIAGNOSIS AN
Just trying to get my head around the possibility that the screaming continuous tinnitus in my right ear is caused by 'Boris' ( I've named the tumor) and that the 'treatment' recommended is watch and wait, rescan in 6 months. It's 15mm at first scan. Anyone had useful treatment for the symptoms of tinnitus
