I'm taking Bisoprolol after an Ablation 2 years ago but my HR seems to be falling to approx. 45,6 BMP resting. My Heart surgeon put my on Bisoprolol about 6 months ago as a preclusion as i do regular exercise and he wanted to slow down my heart after noticing some slight V Tac readings after a stress exercise test. Im 59 year old in in good health and thinking if i should reduce the does from 2.5 x twice a day to 1.25 x 2 per day. Any advise is welcome pls.

I think you should talk to your doctor about it, we can’t comment on dosage of meds. You need to find out why that’s happening so if you track your HR resting & exercising in such a way that your doctor can see at a glance, that will help you both work out best course of action.
I'd give your GP a call and put your suggestion to him. If a lower dose doesn't make your heart rate better you can always go back to the original dose.
My wife has been on 3.75mg for the last 16 months. Recently she noticed her HR regulary being in the mid 40s and on occasions down to low 40s of even 38. She spoke to GP who was concerned and has put her down to 1.25mg but is in regular contact to monitor progress. HR has improved, now in mid 50s but speaks also a lot higher. No return of PAF as yet .
So I agree with others, speak to GP of your concern.
When I was taking bisoprolol my heart rate was in the high 40's / low 50's but sometimes lower. When I stopped taking bisoprolol (and flecainide) it immediately jumped to an average in the mid 60's. The upturn on my graph is quite dramatic.
Thanks for your comments. At this stage my surgeon wasn't happy to take me off Bisoprolol as I'm still active with various exercise but if i stopped, he would as it's just a preclusion.
I’m on 1.25 Nebivolol and hr was in 50s low 60s. Just recently however it is 40s to 50s. Arrhythmia nurse tried stopping Nebivolol I was 90s to 100s when walking so back on Nebivolol. Waiting for her to ring today to see if I need another go on holter monitor.
