Meniere's cold makes painful ears

Hi, I have suspected Meniere's disease, my NHS ENT appointment is this week, any advice on what to expect or what questions I should ask, please?

Also, even when it's not particularly cold my ears have great pain for hours after a small walk. I wear a trapper hat with a headband over my ears inside it, anything more I can do? Really don't see how I am going to cope this winter so any tips I'd grateful for, thanks in advance

I have had Meineres disease for many years. What types of issues are you having besides cold ears (which I don’t have).
