Osteopenia despite weight bearing exercises and calcium supplements for 20 years What can I do to help myself?
However he wrote and said I should now drop my ndt dose to get a detectable tsh due to the
osteopenia
. Of course I will do no such thing as I need to be well enough to work, I don’t feel well as it is and know I will feel worse with raised tsh.

Keeping my head down, trying to get my head round the new diagnoses of fibro,
osteopenia
(and the resulting amazing shrinking woman phenomenon) and worsening scoliosis that has decided to twist my rib cage in a very sexy manner.

My graduation run!
I was confirmed to have
Osteopenia
in my hip and Osteoporosis in the spine about a year back. I was suggested to take up load-bearing exercises. I was already doing walks, I made them more regular. Sometimes in Sep, I decided that I will do a little more than walking.

I'd be surprised if I have
osteopenia
or osteoporosis as I haven't broken a bone for years, but I haven't really fallen down or anything! Thanks xx

Severe Acid Reflux - Please help
I also have
osteopenia
and take alendronic acid and colecalciferol. I have read that alendronic acid can cause acid reflux and have that injections are now available. It's a vicious circle.

And as far as the
osteopenia
in that same left hip? Well, I believe that more walking and exercise due to less inflammation will be more helpful then the benefits of that bone building estrogen.

I completed the Day 2 of Week 1. I have been diagnosed with osteopenia tending towards osteoporesis last year.
Now, I decided to start running, but I am a little concerned about injuries, because of the
osteopenia
. Shin pain has always been a problem for me - and it resurfaced after day 2 again. I want to know the experience of others who have started running with
osteopenia
. Thanks.
