So hot in my Cool Towel!! My fastest run!! How????š¤Ŗš¤Ŗš¤Ŗš¤Ŗš¤Ŗšššš
Sister couldn't run tonight. So solo run on the railway line with husband following with his binoculars. He's a bird watcher. Was so so so hot. Mid twenties at 8.45pm. I had two of my lovely new cool towels with me. One around my neck and down my back and one for general mopping of sweat! They really

Bronchiectasis
Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone else has the same problem as I do. When I start to do something I sweat a lot, looks like I have been in the shower as hair is wet through. I also have an oleo story as well as bronch. Any thoughts about this please.

Mixed emotions with that one.
Last night I decided it was well over due to venture out somewhere different to run. So I headed off to the lakes where they hold the weekly Park Run and gave that route a try. I've walked the route with the family before, but never run it, so it was nice to mix it up and to give it a kind of dry run

Finally, cracked Week 5 Run 3
After two attempts I finally made it. Having completed Couch twice before, the 20 minute run did not cause me great worries, but my first attempt this time was during a Prom (Park) Run, and I was going much quicker than usual, and could not sustain a run at that pace for 20 minutes. The second attempt

Total Test & Free T, Which is more important?
Morning all, Been following this site for a while, but this is my first post. I am a 40 year old male, and have been suffering with symptoms of Low T, for quite some time now (2+ years), I approached my doctor about this, who believes it isn't hormone related, and it is a form of depression. I am now

Is this a Malar rash?
I get this rash usually after a shower. Is it a normal trigger for a malar rash (a shower) and does this look like one? Or is it just a red face. (I have a lot of lupus symptoms, just trying to connect all the dots)

Have a hydrogen breath test
Hello all, I just wanted to give you some information as it may be helpful. I have been lucky enough to see a Gastro consultant at my local hospital (GP referral). I have had every test there is I think in the past few months!! One that I actually requested was the hydrogen breath test for SIBO (Google

New rash
Hi all, Iāve recently stared getting a new rash - hurrah *rolls eyes* Itās across my chest - red and blotchy, but not raised or itchy. It tends to be worse in the mornings and fades during the day. I only very rarely get a malar rash on my face, although I used to get it more in my 20ās (long before

Itās like living a life with bipolar!!!!
I have no diagnosis. But at this time of writing I feel really up beat. I have just come out of my most recent flare up Iām just sitting here thinking how can you go from feeling so drained and exhausted to feeling like a completely different person! I can see how my illness is confusing to my family

Can I take Milk thistle while on ocaliva
I have just recently been started on ocaliva due to poor response from URSO. I wondered if there were any contraindications against taking milk thistle while on ocaliva. I forgot to ask my consultant if it was ok.

Skin condition and a wonky immune system
I was diagnosed with rosacea some 2+ years ago. Not only do I have the typical symptoms of red rash, spots and pustules on cheeks, chin and nose, but I also have rather nasty spots and pustules on torso, neck, forehead and scalp. Many of which are painful, continually weep, take ages to and heal. and

Anyone use MSM supplements?
A recent thyroid book I read suggested that it was a supplement worth considering. āThe complete thyroid health and diet guideā They also recommend taurine, calcium d-glucarate and milk thistle. All the other items on their lists I know more about and these are recommended more widely. Any feedback
