I take turmeric, ginger, quercetin, vitamin D, omega 3 3x/day, a probiotic, and a multivitamin. Most of these help with inflammation from endometriosis and the probiotic will help with GI symptoms. The multivitamin will help your body overall. It’s helping but I still need surgery before I’m going to see serious results and improvements, but I went from being extremely fatigued daily to fatigued 1-2x/ week for a few hours. Some days are better than others but overall upward improvement. After surgery I’m hoping the supplements will help speed up improvement and keep the inflammation in my body low.
