Unresponsive endometrium
Anyone been told they have unresponsive endometrium? I have 4 frozen top grade embryos but my cycle cancelled due to thin lining, after a hysterscopy that ruled out Ashermans I’ve been told my uterus just doesn’t respond to Estrogen. I’m petrified that this is the end of the road.

Evie, Stevie, Rufus and Doofus (Evie is only real name here - I wouldn't really call my baby a doofus :) )
Four little embabies on board. All perfect 8 cells on day three. Saw the NHS odds for IVf success at 43... 3.8% so praying these four can help my odds and deliver a healthy baby. Not really sunk in yet but I can’t share with many people due to sick parents and husband’s ex wife and step kids. But I

FDA-Approved Treatments for HR+, HER2- Premenopausal Patients
Last week, I posted a list of FDA-approved treatments for HR+, HER2- postmenopausal US patients. Below is the list of FDA-approved treatments for HR+, HER2- premenopausal patients. I finalized this list of treatments with a Medical Oncologist at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NY, and it is available

Cycle cancelled
So as I had feared my cycle has been cancelled due to no response when down regulating. Lining if womb was still 7.5mm on Friday so no point in starting stims. Have to wait for next period now before starting again. The hospital was concerned that my ovarian cysts had produced oestrogen which counteracted

Any had sinus pressure?
Hey everyone! I'm just curious, over the past few years I've had these episodes of intense face pressure and fullness, mostly in my maxillary and also intense jaw soreness. My face is also a little warm to the touch, but no fever. Also, there is not much actual congestion or clogging, it just feels super

Can fibroids suddenly disappear?
I'm at a bit of a loss. This is a long post and I apologise in advance. I'm 51 and thoroughly peri-menopausal as well as having a overactive thyroid (Sept 2018 diagnosis) and a non-functioning pituitary tumour caused by hyperprolactinaemia (diagnosed August 2014). After suffering with heavy periods

Thin lining, failed FET
Hi, This is the first time I've posted as I feel like I need some positive words fron people who understand how it feels to be going through IVF. We had 7 good quality embryos in March 2019 but unfortunately we could not do a fresh cycle due to my thin lining. We were advised to do a FET in 2 months

Which liver supplements can interfere with NDT absorption?
I am a 36 year old male with hypothyroid (Hashimoto's) and take 2.625 grains of NDT. However even though my blood tests seem good (have posted them here before) I'm not making improvements. I have taken a ZRT Labs test, which showed that I have problems with methylation and have too much estrogen. I

Hi everyone I’ve been on a low oestrogen pill for 5 packets now back to back without a break as advised by my doctor to try and make me bleed less and control my symptoms. Binding of iodinated contrast media (ICM) and their transformation products with hormone receptors: Are ICM the new EDCs?
We have seen many posts - and responses - regarding iodinated contrast media (ICM) and their effects on the subjects. This interesting abstract takes the view from what happens afterwards. I can't see an obvious reason that the testing approach wouldn't also apply to the subject given ICM. Thereby helping

No down regulation with DE cycle
Has anyone that has been through a DE cycle not been down regulated? The clinic is recommending that I go on BCP or straight into Progynova estrogen tablets. I’m not used to this and wanted to hear other people’s experiences?

Hyperparathyroidism??
My T-scores are -2.8. I also have severe erosive osteo-arthritis. My question: how can I test that one of my parathyroid glands is (or is not) overactive (hyperparathyroidism) and therefore makin too much PTH hormone which then causes our bones to release calcium constantly into the blood stream. Another

Fed up of hormonal contraceptives
I don’t know what to do. I’ve been trying different ones for the best part of 5 years and can’t find one to suit! I want to come off of hormonal contraceptives altogether but my GPs have always put me back on something. Should I go back to the GP? I’ve written below all that I’ve tried.... I can’t

What happened to my body?
Hi, I posted 5 days ago about using ovulation kit. I had a second failed IVF cycle in June. Before I start another one, I still want to try to conceive so I bought the clearblue ovulation test kit. My hormones profile has always been good. I had estrogen surge 5 days ago and it keeps showing high
