Unresponsive endometrium

Prayingforafamily profile image

Anyone been told they have unresponsive endometrium? I have 4 frozen top grade embryos but my cycle cancelled due to thin lining, after a hysterscopy that ruled out Ashermans I’ve been told my uterus just doesn’t respond to Estrogen. I’m petrified that this is the end of the road.

I could only wish for 7.9. I’m surprised they cancelled if the structure was good. I am a merely 5.5 😔

Switching to a “natural” FET can help. Have you had lining issues in a fresh cycle or only FET? My body doesn’t respond well to synthetic estrogen so my most recent FET we didn’t use it, I had very low dose stims just enough to grow 1-2 follicles and a trigger shot to ovulate before transfer. My lining thickened up just fine on this protocol xx

I only got to 6mm on fresh cycle so had to freeze embryos. I will ask this to my consultant though as it may be an option, thanks for your advice x

I’ve just found your post as I find myself in the same situation a year later. How did you get on?

Hi. Unfortunately after trying numerous different approaches including GCSF injections and natural cycles my lining still didn’t get above 6.2, we transferred on this as it was a good structure but unfortunately our last 2 embryos didn’t stick. We are waiting to consider our next options. There are lots of positive stories on here about success with thin linings though so please don’t feel disheartened x

What did your provider propose?

I think some woman have success with PRP injection in the endometrium. You might want to look it up. Best of luck
