I'm due to up my medication (private bloods show increase needed & symptoms back) NHS bloods due this week but I'm sweating like I was with menopause pre oestrogel? Which I'm still using? Is this side effect of teva? Be grateful for advice x

Hysterectomy 2010 (ovaries left) oestrogel for past 4 years (premerin before that) recently vagifem (prolapse surgery needed) to see if its helps? But this came back in my blood results under hormone: Oestradiol 2,925???? Surely that can't be right? Would appreciate any advice 🙂

Hi I’ve recently started 2 pumps of oestrogel per day. Has anyone else experienced strong nausea and loss of appetite when starting this? It is concerning me. Kind Regards Lara

All I ever did was to apply Oestrogel to my inner thighs, which I stopped doing years ago since my PSAs have been undetectable. I don't know if Dr. Richard Wassersug is still on this forum? He was my mentor, and introduced me to the E2 gel.

My HRT routine is Testogel in the morning, Oestrogel and progesterone tablets in the evening. Thank you.

I have been using oestrogel for over a year now and swapped to hrt patches about 2 months ago.I never tested for oestrogen or prog levels though.i am 52.I have been taking elvanse for adhd for over a year also...again didn't take any bloods.

I was given Utrogestan capsules 100mg & Oestrogel Pump and was having terrible side effects, mentally and physically. I did not go for my 2nd injection due to having to leave the country for personal issues and when I came back they discharged from gynecology.

I have been managing ok for a good few years my hypothyrodism / hashimoto's / menopause via Thyroid-S x 2 grains / strictly gluten free for over 5 years / Oestrogel x4 pumps/day. Had reasonable energy levels, body composition, mood.

She had previously said she couldn't prescribe oestrogel only patches - which I don't believe - and am going to insist I get the body identical HRT this time. But does anyone know of whether there is a connection between hypothyroidism and low white blood cell count?

my DEXA is -3.7 severe osteoporosis and I’m 48 - started low dose Oestrogel . Saw rheumatologist yesterday who was very rude actually and told me to stop googling He said I will do this yearly infusion. Reading horrific side effect. I’m very weak and fragile and will start some training .

I am in really good health otherwise but do take 150mg Levo and 45mg Liothyronine every morning along with Oestrogel and Androfem. I have a coil for progesterone and have bloods every 3 months to monitor.

My ejection fraction was poor at 45 (which I found a bit upsetting when it transpired I was the lowest in the rehab class) I was on HRT before my attack, and have reduced that hugely to one pump of oestrogel whilst I wait for my consultant to get and answer back from my cardiologist to see if I can remain

hi wonderful people I started HRT oestrogel and 4th day and 2 pumps - I have really bad bloating and zero stomach motility - Does it interfere with thyroid t4 or t3 ? I have read it can lower thyroid or block the cell ?

anyone have tingly feet on oestrogel at all?

I still use transdermal oestrogel. Any advice you can offer on helping me improve my health would be really great. Hope I have provided enough info. Many thanks 🙂

I'm now in my mid 40s and on HRT (oestrogel) for classic menopausal symptoms since 2021. During this time, my Mirena coil was due to be replaced. This was my third coil but the first to be fitted while I was not sedated and was extremely painful.

I am also perimenopausal, but those symptoms are under control (taking progesterone 12 days a month, three pumps oestrogel daily plus twice weekly vagifem). I am at a loss as to what is making me so cold. I can get access to private healthcare and could see a specialist but not sure who can help?

The hot flushes have also come back so I’m now on oestrogel as well. I know the coil isn’t for everyone but I’ve really given it a chance. Has anyone come off of everything and just let their body do its thing? Or is it not wise for endo.
