8 months since i found a lump in my breast. 4 months since mets in my liver and lungs and possibly spine were incidentally found. No system toxic treatments and apart from my arthritis im doing fine !!
Ive tried various supplements. Currently on aspirin, liquid curcumin, magnesium and hrt !! Yes hrt. Coming off it made me so ill (aching joints and muscles) and theres no biopsy evidence that the mets are oestrogen positive. The benefits outweigh the risks.

When is your next scan?... If I was you I would want to know if there are bone lesions as you’ll need s bone strengthening injection every month or you’re at risk from fractures
I chose not to have the injections. A bone density scan shows my bones are better than the average person my age. Also i took into consideration that the injection is 2 more appts per month i can skip and do other things. There are also significant risks with the treatment.
So ive placed my priority on getting my arthritis sorted as this causes me terrific pain.
Oh I’m pleased your bones are good....mine are awful and very painful so I do have the injections or I would maybe have more fractures...one was bad enough...stopped me riding my horses for ages...that’s no good
There are people who choose not to have the conventional treatments and have very positive outcomes. Currently I'm having conventional unless and untill it doesnt work at which time I wont rule anything out. I wish you all the luck in the world to beat this horrid disease in whatever way you choose. Hi! Wow! I admire u! I do a lot of homeopathic supplements in addition to Herceptin/Perjeta...is there an immunotherapy u can take? Also u should look into The Truth About Cancer...the book will show u supplements that fight cancer...but if going without anything is what u want go for it! I hope u stay healthy for a long time! 😀💕
Oh and look into AlgaeCal for your bones if u don’t want to do the Zometa/XGeva. They’re pills so u just take them at home...Vitamin Shoppe has a generic form that’s cheaper...😀
I have ER+ (100%) & PR+ (60%) Stage 4 MBC. Since I am highly receptive to hormone blocking treatment, I was told never to take hormones or HGH as they both contributed to me getting cancer initially. Are you ER+ or PR+? If so, I would suggest you get an oncologist’s opinion. I can tell you from experience that Bone Mets are very painful. All the best to you!
I take one teaspoon and 4 oz of water. You can lemon to kill the bad taste a little bit. Two days I got I really heartburn bc my husband did some fry food which I dont consume too much. I took baking soda and its was gone almost immediately. Another good thing about baking soda.
