To all Warriors with experience ?
To all experienced warriors ! Where do we go from here ? Has anyone with systemic RD participated in trials beyond Biologics? Stem cell or other approaches which have been successful. I am having a difficult time finding drugs my system will tolerate. I am allergic to all NSAID's , Sulfa, Lefludamide

Help, has anyone else got mental health problems and RA? Causing medication problems.
If I have to give up
NSAIDs
as well I won't be able to get out of bed in the mornings as that is when the pain is at it's worst. Please can anyone else relate to these problems or maybe have any ideas? Thanks

I also discovered there was an NIH study that certain
nsaids
interfere with t3 transport and I had been on diclofenec for a long time for my knee.. Of the
nsaids
tested ibuprofen was the only one that didn't interfere with thyroid hormone transport.

I can't take
NSAIDs
due to my kidney. I know most people may disapprove of opioid use and diazepam use but I am not an addict, my pain consultant has approved them and I am on the same doses as two years ago which indicates that I am not building up a tolerance.

Pain medication???
My problem is I can't take
NSAIDs
(eg naproxen, ibuprofen) anymore as they give me stomach ulcers. I also can't take tramadol because I react badly. Have any of you been through this and what was your next option?

New Platelet Information about metastasis
I have had 72 radiations and my platelet count was between 60 and 70 (not over 100) for years, so I avoid drugs like aspirin and ibuprofen (
NSAIDs
), because they lower my platelet counts even more. With a lower platelet count I am less likely to have a stroke like it says in the article.

Can Antibody / ds DNA/ ENA/ Lupus anticoagulant tests change from negative to positive over time?
I have also had decreased kidney function over the last 12 months which had recovered ( they thought it was

Inflammation and its impact
On return from holiday to USA I started with various pains eventually settling on my sternum - many visits to GP misdiagnosis along the way but then told it was costochondritis (inflamation of cartilage between ribs and sternum) it has taken months to clear but told this was down to being unable to

NSAID use & Cancer Mortality in Finland
"The different results for aspirin and non-aspirin

Ibuprofen – just because it’s freely available, doesn’t make it safe
It has fewer gastric side effects and in most cases is just as effective as
NSAIDs
.

Warfarin and pain medicmedications
I suffered terrible back pain for many years but successfully kept it under control using
NSAIDS
, namely meloxicam intermittently plus Omneprazole daily to protect against ulcers.

Hi there, I'm new here and confused 🙄
NSAIDs
induced, some days can be slightly easier to get through ( which gives me hope) but not many. It's going to be ages before I get my follow up appointment to discuss this so any help/advice would be really appreciated. Thanks Diane 😐X

introduction
Apart from the initial 6 months I have controlled the disease with a small amount of
NSAIDs
per year. This last year has been very different - a complete explosion with any amount of
NSAIDs
having little effect.
