Tourettes in 2012 what a year
I feel I would honestly have had a
nervous
breakdown
if it was not for the amazing support from my husband Jon Watts. He has been by my side every second of this long journey. We were married in August and things changed in November. Not once has he complained.

Oh Dear it just never stops!! One problem on top of another :-(
and she thinks I have had a physical
breakdown
,I suppose I should be grateful I never had a
nervous
breakdown
too. I just wish I could see a chink of light at the end of the tunnel, every day brings new things.

I do not get any leg cramps at night now so with this and the the

looking for direction and help
Last Thursday I thought I had
nervous
breakdown
, but turned out to be a really bad anxiety attack. The problem I really have difficulty with is trying to think my way out of my condition. I never seem to make progress and get drained and more anxious.

B12 deficient but can't tolerate supplements. Can anyone help??
Hi, I usually use the thyroid part of HU but think you lovely people may be best placed to help me. My thyroid is well managed but my b12 is low at 206 (211-911). A month ago on a previous test it was 226. A year ago it was 300. If I try to take supplements, even at low levels I feel wired, anxious and

Public Transport
I have never had problems with transport before 2010 until I had a
nervous
breakdown
in 2010. Is there anyone out there that suffers from the same thing and how they overcome their fears?.. Thanks

ATOS - Its not the staff that are the problem!
I was a school behavior manager until I had a
nervous
breakdown
. Now I cannot face being around teenagers. I think I would explode if I tried to go back to that kind of work. What really shocked me though was the attitude of the other people waiting to be seen.

Are you Alone in this nightmare that is Fibro? How do you cope?
I had a complete
nervous
breakdown
. All these factors made for a very unhappy me, totally depressed and destroyed. It was only my own daughters who had to care for me, my family etc that dragged me back from the edge.

I have nothing to live for! :(
I was my mother’s carer for a (dreadful) period, resulting in a
nervous
breakdown
about 20 years ago. I tried to rebuild my life, and largely succeeded, only for it all to go pear-shaped again in my 50’s when I was made redundant from a good job, and was unable to get another.

Am I depressed or just feeling sorry for myself?
I can only vaguely remember the 2 years whilst I was 'down' and before I started treatment, but I often refer to it as my 'minor
nervous
breakdown
'. I was able to continue working but I was generally 'pretty f**ked up'. I'm now a bit worried that I'm heading back there again.

Recently diagnosed witth IBS. Have underactive thyroid on 100mg thyroxine daily, i also take ferrous fumarate and folate. Adivce if you can.
I am also on 20mg citalopram. To be honest i'm not convinced my symptoms are IBS so thought i'd see what the experts (the patients!!!) thought. My main symptom is abdominal bloating which can occur within 5 minutes of eating any wheat gluten or dairy...hence i have cut these items from my diet, further

I've also suffered bullying at workplaces too, and in one place it was so bad I had a

. In a round about way though, I am actually GLAD it happened, or I'd still be stuck in a dead end job I hated.

Ferrous Sulphate?
Hey, I've been anaemic since age 13 and discovered I had pernicious anaemia age 17. Recently I've had alot of trouble with Ferrous sulphate, it just hasn't been agreeing with my stomach recently so my GP changed it to a slow release form called Ferrograd. I had some blood taken on Tuesday to see how
