What is the consensus on the best time to take organic apple cider vinegar - before or after meals, or away from meals? With NDT or not?

I also take a liquid calc zinc mag supplement, ferrous sulphate and a ton of other stuff

I don't know, not tried it - but several members say it's beneficial for them, others not - before meals I think - you've probably looked on search & tags already but here's a previous post

I am a huge fan of ACV - I think you can take it throughout the day - starting with some on an empty stomach first thing - with/without food. Perhaps better to understand why you are taking it and what other supps/meds you are on. I can recommend Earth Clinic - who are also huge fans and they have a very comprehensive section on ACV. Just google Earth Clinic and then put in the search box.

I take one tsp in a small 'shot' of water (cold now but used to have it warm) about 5-10 mins before supplements/meals.

hi i use acv, feel it does me good ,if you use, buy the organic product,i use bionia £2.30 ltr. its unfiltered and unpasturised and includes the "mother" which is best to shake up,lots about it as Celora said on earth clinic.earthclinic.com/Remedies/ac... good all round safe tonic, i have it with honey-tbs of acd and t,spoon of honey, warm water stirred, not as bad as it sounds,,,, 2-3 times a day,,,
