Where now? Advice on next steps
Hi, I'm now a few months into my "what's wrong with me" journey. In March my doctor thought I had thyroid issues based on my symptoms. My bloods came back and she diagnosed me with iron deficiency anaemia and folic acid deficiency. She said my thyroid was fine despite my free T3 being borderline (she

1st Cycle Failed-Help on 2nd
Hello everyone, Yesterday was a really horrible day for me. I was just crying whole day as it was BFN. The clinic was preparing for my body since Nov 2016 since my iron level was low, they started ferrous fumarate and it took 6 months to reach on level after 3 months suppression of my cycle. Still, finally

Help - frazzled nerves!
So if it wasn't for the angel ladies on this site, I think I would have had a
nervous
breakdown
by now!! I am sorry for the self-indulgent nature of this post but I keep waiting on some confirmation from the universe that this has worked, but it seems stonily silent.

New and supposedly normal. I beg to differ
Hi I'm reaching out as I'm desperate. I was diagnosed suspected coeliac last year based on gastric symptoms similar to coeliac and anaemia. Despite a year of no gluten and feeling totally zapped mentally and physically I'm now having more blood tests to try and understand what's the hell is wrong with

Various symptoms.....Hypothyroidism?
Hi everyone, I've been feeling unwell for a few months (well, more like over 2 years), but symptoms have worsened in the past few months. These include: joint pain/soreness and stiffness (bones feel tender to touch, mainly upper back, breastbone, arms, shoulder blade) severe and worsening acid reflux

I'm new - Panic Disorder out of the blue
But I am afraid of having a
nervous
breakdown
in the anticipation of the wedding (which is supposed to be this fall) if I don't cancel. Or having a panic attack/fainting at the church or reception. I have all the invitations in my room but the thought of dropping them in the mail makes me panic.

Should I avoid liquid iron supplement with iodine in?
I have very low ferritin and was prescribed ferrous sulphate by GP (200mg x 3 a day) but I wanted to try a liquid one from natural food sources - some seem to have a very low level of iron (such as 15mg!) there seems to be a good one called 'Virginian organic liquid iron' from Victoria Health https:/

Bipolar and Borderline w/Anxiety
I had a severe
nervous
breakdown
in February and it ruined my entire life. They took my sweet son away from me, and I am going to court trying to get him back. It is a living HELL. NOTHING like this has EVER happened to me. Anyone else ever had this happen? I could use ALL the advice I can get.

"She is only compensated euthyroid..."
Hi The above quote is from my endo to GP. Everyone was so helpful when I posted a few weeks ago re: my endo stopping my levothyroxine & ferrous sulphate for 8 weeks. It is now five and a half weeks and I am feeling pretty grim. Thanks to this forum, I have had new blood test results from MediCheck:

Unpleasant side effect of Ferrous Fumarate?
GP blood tests showed that I was quite anaemic, and I was put on Ferrous Fumarate, 3 tablets a day. Apologies if this is TMI, but over the last few months, my wee has had a really strong sour smell, although I have no symptoms of urine infection. There is nothing in the information leaflet to suggest
