Been prescribed 800iu D3 for deficient vitamin D and 210mg ferrous fumarate for iron deficiency is what I take enough. Below results before supplementing. Thankyou

Hi - you need more than one of those iron tablets per day, at that level you should have at least two, probably three. Each one needs to be taken with 1000 vit c to increase absorption and minimise gastric side-effects. 800iu d3 is barely a maintenance dose and won't solve any deficiency. Point your gp towards NICE guidelines on loading doses. Imortant co-factors with this are vit k2-mk7, which diverts increased calcium uptake to teeth and bones rather than soft tissue, and magnesium. But don't expect your gp to know about these. Your folate is under range - what did they say about that? You need to supplement that. Your b12 is bumping along bottom - optimum is around 1000 and less than 500 can cause neurological problems.
