After a lot of soul searching, thinking, reading people’s posts on here and I guess finally admitting defeat, I need to address my worsening PAF symptoms. Have had Lone PAF 13 years. I’ve also had to admit my QOL is affected and I’m not happy. There is a slight possibility that long term PPIs and 1 drug

Shout out to all those with kids stuck indoors on a sunny weekend while they weigh pants and measure wee for the latest input/output chart. Shout out to all those crying in the car and texting their partner after the 10th GP has told them its a potty training issue. Shout out to all those who know

Anyone else feel like they’re going to be alone forever.
So I’m almost 18 and I’ve never had a boyfriend. I’ve never even had a boy admit he had feelings for me. The thing is I kinda have a lot of traits that make me unattractive to guys. See I’m not much of a looker in my opinion. If anything I see myself as average. That’s strike one. I’m also not one to

Shingles vaccination. Is this a good idea when you have hypothyroidism?
My husband has just been invited by the surgery to have a shingles vaccination and in a fortnight's time I will become eligible for the same vaccination. I have never thought of shingles as being that serious or even all that common but apparently one in three people will get it after the age of 50 and

Metoprolol
Is metoprolol 12.5 2x a day a small dosage? I just got that prescribed for pvcs and I’m reading that if I stop using it I can get a heart attack or severe palpitations. Is that true? Or is that for higher dosages?

A Flutter Question left or right atrium
It's been 2 months since my 2nd ablation. A flutter ablation was done on first ablation but not on 2nd due to cardiac tamponade after afib portion was completed. Tuesday of this week I noticed tachycardia during exercise session, 126 bpm. I checked my Kardia and it showed Tachycardia no afib. Rhythm
