crazy or not?
I am in chronic pain in spine painkillers not helping. What I need help with is the way it all makes me feel I have no ffamily or friends . Isolated. I get panicky when pain is out of control, I feel freaked out and alone and am devoid of positive feelings everything everyday feels bleak no respite

heel pain
I have an agonizing pain in the back right and under part of my Left heel, often occurs in bed and for no memorable reason, also on my right thigh/hip area is a patch that feels quite numb to touch But inside it feels like a firework is burning. Are these pains due to the back stenosis?. I was referred

Feeling awful a week after jab.
Since then I have felt really tired, headaches nausea, numbness and
muscle
pain
. All of which I had for years before my b12 level was tested. My question is, can having a shock to your system deplete b12 quickly. Many thanks.

Do I have PMR?
I did some research on my own after having these pains in my shoulders, upper arms, hips and lower back. Getting out of bed, turning over in bed, getting up from a chair, or reaching for something was very painful. I’ve been having back issues with a slipped vertebrae for about 2 years. I’ve had 3 epidural

Anyone with alendronate side effects?
Approximately two months into treatment I began having severe shoulder joint and
muscle
pain
that is making it too painful to do most exercise I had begun. My physician thinks it is unrelated and wanted me to continue taking the medication.

I am extremely fatigued. Does being extremely fatigued means I am having a flare -up of my PMR? Which is a better sign of a flare-up-Fatigue or

angina pain
Yesterday evening when exercising I felt pain in my back between my shoulder blades & I could not distinguish between
muscle
pain
or was it heart pain. I wasn’t exercising hard but I was moving my arms a lot. Pain went after I had stopped for around 5-6 mins but shoulders are stiff today.

Symptoms worse after diagnosis and starting Levo
BUT having started Levo still have the neck
pain
, now
muscle
pain
particularly hands and wrists and knees. I suppose what I am asking is, is it normal to get more symptoms and feel worse when you start medication? It’s been almost 3 weeks. Thank you

Hashimoto’s breathlessness.
I’m on a path of searching for the cause of frequent bouts of breathlessness, often accompanied with
muscle
pain
in my buttocks and upper thigh when walking stairs or inclines, bending over, or squatting.
