I have an agonizing pain in the back right and under part of my Left heel, often occurs in bed and for no memorable reason, also on my right thigh/hip area is a patch that feels quite numb to touch But inside it feels like a firework is burning. Are these pains due to the back stenosis?.

I was referred to the " Pain Clinic" who provided one spinal injection in January last year which I think helped. Unfortunately due to 'large demand' this has not been possible since. I think I have tried every pain medication an am now relegated to Bunov patches, but the pain breaks through. any body any ideas ?

I have plantar fasciitis, and have pain in heel and arch. I bought support socks which help alot during the night. The pain and cramping in my feet kept me awake. Hopefully you will find something to help.
