If your child is taking a stimulant medication and is getting negative side effects or the medication has stopped working like it used to...
I highly recommend they take supplements with their medication. At 25 I thankfully found out I had ADHD, then researched/hyperfocused for about 6 months and then got myself evaluated and diagnosed. I started taking my medication and came up with a nootropic stack of necessary and crucial supplements

Want to start self medicating.... where to begin??
GP not happy to prescribe any supplement and has messaged to say "take some
multivitamins
during the winter months" So the question is....... where do I begin.... Ideally once FT4 is back in range (and if FT3 is still at the bottom) then I would like to trial T3.

Hypothyroid - tingling and numbness, help with results please :)
Hi, I was diagnosed hypo in November last year - very high antibodies, so have Hashimoto's. I've had 1 increase in levothyroxine (now on 75mcg) and my last thyroid results are: TSH: 2.2 (0.4 - 4) FT4: 20 (10 - 20) FT3: 4.9 (2.8 - 6.8) This is a massive improvement on original results (TSH 160, FT3 <0.1

Migraine prevention
Hello Ladies, Just wondering if there are any fellow migraine sufferers on here? I am 41 and will be doing long protocol next month with ICSI. I am a bit worried about the hormonal effect on my migraines and was wondering about starting some regular prevention drugs - have stayed away from them so far

is 100mg of DHEA too much? lead up to 2nd round of ivf
Hi Guys I’ve heard really good things about DHEA and how it can improve egg quality- I ordered some online but just realised I’ve ordered 100mg, is this too much to be taking? I want to take it up to the lead up of my 2nd round of IVF which should be in about 6 weeks or more, I am also taking C0q10
