Vitamin D - spray or tablets?
I tried this but didn't feel any benefits and gather from this forum that
multivitamins
don't contain enough of what we need to make a difference. Someone suggested a Vitamin D spray as opposed to tablets, didn't even know you could get it in spray form!

Does anyone want some Pregnacare before conception tablets?
I bought 4 packs in a multi-offer and they really don't agree with me. I get so bloated I look about 6 months pregnant. Would be a shame if they went to waste. Let me know if anyone is interested and I'll post them to you. Happy Friday to you all X

Ayerveda herbs and progesterone... af is kinda late??
Hello all! So, before starting my next round of IVF, I decided to try a herbal route that I recently discovered at a well-bring seminar called ayerveda; even if it puts me in optimal health for up-coming ivf then that's great and all I initially expected! If you haven't heard of it, ayerveda is basically

Vitamins
What are some vitamins that I could be giving my five-year-old son to help him? He already takes a multivitamin with omega-3 and fiber. He takes smarty pants. If you have recommendations for a better multivitamin I would love to hear that also. Thank you!

Help with blood work
Hi all, This is my first time posting here. Apologies in advance for the long post. Just over a year ago I had my thyroid removed for cancer. I originally had problem with just being on thyroxine alone, but thankfully I had a GP who prescribed me a combination of Armour (90mcg) and Thyroxine (50mcg

Does Injecting B12 deplete other vitamins ?
I have already posted but I’ll make the question shorter as it was too long. Does injecting B12 once every 2 weeks deplete other vitamins ? (I been injecting over 12 months). I take Folic Acid 400ug daily and Vit D 2000iu daily. ((Low on Vit D) Is it a good idea to add anything else like a multivitamin

Does injecting B12 deplete other vitamins ?
I’ve been SI B12 for more than 12 months. First weekly.....then after trial and error 1 every 2 weeks. At the start when I was deficient (B12) my GP also gave me 5mg Folic Acid. After my annual blood test last September I was put on 400ug Folic Acid.....my B12 levels were 3000 but GP didn’t mention

B12 deficiency
A study of patients with early Parkinson’s disease found that groups with lower levels of vitamin B12 faced on average a more rapid acceleration of both motor and cognitive symptoms, which slowed in some cases after taking a daily multivitamin. https://www.ucsf.edu/news/2018/03/409991/low-levels-vitamin-b12

Numbness in fingers of left hand
Hi everyone, For some weeks, I have been waking in the night with numb fingers. Is this a symptom of hypothyroidism or is it a side effect of levothyroxine? I take levo any time between 3.30 and 4.30 a.m. If it's a side effect of levo can I safely ignore it? It doesn't trouble me at all in the day.

My DH takes his wellman which has CoQ10 on it but I checked and it’s just 2mg, so I’m wondering if I get this vitamin can he takes it with his wellman or it’s gonna be overdose? How much we need it per day? I’m taking pregnacare everyday and it doesn’t have

B12: Symptoms returning even though I'm injecting weekly
I was getting a shot every week and also was taking
multivitamins
. Most my symptoms went away (dry mouth, overall nerve pain), however recently the dizziness came back even though I was injecting every 1-2 weeks.
