is 100mg of DHEA too much? lead up to 2nd round of ivf

Hi Guys

I’ve heard really good things about DHEA and how it can improve egg quality- I ordered some online but just realised I’ve ordered 100mg, is this too much to be taking? I want to take it up to the lead up of my 2nd round of IVF which should be in about 6 weeks or more, I am also taking C0q10 and pregnacare.

Has anyone else took DHEA and had positive results, how much were you taking?

You should really seek advice before you take it though, only use it under the direction of your consultants.

It is not recommended for some people.

I agree with Newqgirl1, as it is a form of steroid, so as I said, do check with your specialist before using. Diane
