Mixed week

So I had my baseline scan this week for round 3. Loads more follicles than I’ve had previously, hopefully because I’m on dhea, royal jelly and ubiquinol. Any my uterus apparently looked beautiful. So we were all set to start in April but then I got my blood results back. I’m have low white cell count, low ferritin, low vitamin D, high omega 6:3 ratio. The dietician (I was referred via my fertility clinic) has recommended delaying my next round 3 months so they can sort it all out. Has anyone else had the same?The omega 6:3 ratio can make my endometriosis worse because omega 6 encourages inflammation. Has anyone else had this? What can I do to help? I’m already on pregnacare max with omega, eat healthy, no caffeine etc eat organic with a lot of fish in my diet. So the waiting continues 😞
