Scan all done Transfer booked in!
Hi ladies, how are you all doing? Just a little update from me.. had my 1st scan today, after being on meds for nearly 3 weeks in prep for a FET. Scan went well and booked in for our transfer on the 19th Feb. So 2 weeks left to ‘chill’ 😂 ish before the 2WW (it just under). Any success stories with recommendations

Potassium and Nausea in CKD 4
I saw a big improvement in nausea by ending my mistake of taking a potassium supplement. First time that one potassium-laden pill in my multivitamin did this to me. Only question now is whether any further damage as occurred. Stage 4, EFGR 25.

ARGH! Cramps!!!
I told Soniaweightloss that I had a solution to cramps, but was woken again this morning by cramps. Sorry I lied 😔 I have always been blessed and cursed with strong calves (and big calves, bigger than some peoples thighs as I can't get skinny jeans in "my size" to my knees) and my right calf has decided

Multi vitamins
Hi guys, I have been taking BioCare Adult
Multivitamins
& Minerals for approx a year now. I’ve recently read up that Alpha Tocopherol is not good for us. This BioCare product contains this ingredient. Do any of you know of a good multi Vit that doesn’t contain it? Thank you Mandy

Any hints and tips for second cycle?
Hi ladies. We are about to start our second cycle of icsi. My hubby has a low sperm count. All is apparently good with my egg reserves. I’m 35 and quite active. Our first cycle I didn’t respond to the menopur 150ml and only got 1 egg. Unfortunately it didn’t fertilise. They are increasing the dose

On a recent post we all discussed v0itamin supplements.I dont understand why or how you can get toxicity from vitamin B6 . I've looked at my multivitamin I take every 2 days and it had 1.4 mg in it. I realise I get lots from my diet. I could rely on my diet if I knew what I was absorbing . I've found

Which, if any, supplements or vitamins?
I've read that some of the common chronic kidney disease supplements doctors recommend include Vitamin D (for vitamin D deficiency), CoQ10 (for heart health), ProRenal+D multivitamin, B6, B12, and others. Wish I knew. Will be asking my neph :)

Vitamin And Nutrients plus Thyroid Health
I am taking a vitamin complex called rainbow light its a food based multivitamin and I am trying to help if I am low with any vitamins. I started a multi vitamin regimen for about a week. I am wondering if I previously overcame a iron deficiency and I have only had low vitamin should it effect my thyroid

New person, trying to understand my issue
The blood test was not flagged up, but I requested a copy as I felt like I had anaemia (what ever that feels like, but I was having irregular very heavy periods and taking daily Berocca,
Multivitamins
and Spatone to cope with tiredness over at least 2 yrs) and wanted to check a few things.

What are the most essential but minimal vits and minerals needed for optimal thyroid function if you are hypo?
I really need to reduce my supplements for several reasons. For one, I am feeling increasingly nauseous and unsettled in my system after I take the myriad level of supplements I'm currently taking. I know it's the supplements, because when I don't take them, I don't feel like this. I always have them
