Before I educated myself I thought that I needed every vitamin and mineral under the sun. But I knew that the supermarket own brands were just as good as their expensive equivalents.

Now I know I just need to take B12, folate, Vit D and Iron.

I have had Bariatric surgery and vitamins are essential to my life. I cant eat enough or absorb enough vitamins. I take Forceval, chewable vit D and calcium and extra Iron I also get a B12 shot every 3 months take the best you can afford or do lots of research some vitamins are over priced and some aren't worth the price of the paper packaging. not all vitamins are created equal and its not always worth paying huge sums. maybe just buying a good all rounder and just sticking to that rather than bits n bobs here and there
